What is the delivery fee and how does delivery work ?

The delivery fee is R90 and delivery takes approximately 10–15 working days.Once your order is placed, we begin production right away. This process takes about 5–10 working days and includes printing, stitching, binding, and packaging. After that, we allow 1–2 working days for quality checks and order consolidation before your purchase is sent off to you.

Can I track my order ?

Yes. Once you purchased has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. You may use the provided tracking number to track your parcel via The Courier Guy pudo tracking portal https://thecourierguy.co.za/tracking/

I placed an order and have not received an e-mail, what do I do ?

Please check your spam or junk folder.

Are all sales final ?

Yes, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or replacements, so please be sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

What happens if I provided incorrect details at checkout?

Please double-check your information before completing your purchase, as we’re unable to make changes after checkout. Should your delivery details need updating, you can contactThe Courier Guy directly once your tracking number has been issued.

I’d like to purchase from outside of South Africa — how do I place an order?

We’d love to hear from you! International customers are kindly asked to contact us directly via email or WhatsApp so we can assist with placing your order and arranging delivery.

How do I know my order has been processed?

Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order summary. You’ll also be notified via email when your order has been dispatched, along with your tracking number.

What is our refund, return, exchange or replacement policy ?
  • No Returns
    All sales are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Once an order is placed, the purchase cannot be cancelled or returned.
  • No Refunds
    We do not offer refunds on purchases. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to us before finalizing your purchase to clarify any questions you may have.
  • No Exchanges and/or Replacements 
    We do not accept exchanges and will not replacement any products purchases. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase to ensure it is correct.

Do you have pick-up points, so i don't have to pay a delivery fee ?

Not at the moment, but we’re actively looking into this option. If we’re able to secure pickup points in the future, our checkout delivery options will be updated accordingly.
